Over the last few days I’ve been sharing some stories to help you shift your perspective away from the common belief that work has to be about just surviving in life.
Unfortunately there’s a common misconception in society that you can’t have both finances and fulfillment in your work. We’ve been led to believe it’s an either or situation- finances or fulfillment.
But that’s just not the case anymore.

One of the greatest pains in life is that of unlived potential….And the sad truth is, if you never figure out what you really want to do, or are fully capable of… you will probably feel lost, stuck, or unfulfilled your whole life.
Sadly I’ve been a witness to this truth first hand and learned that our work significantly impacts our overall joy, fulfillment, and energy in life….
But it’s really easy to get blinded by the financial security vs fulfillment or potential when it comes to work.

Earlier this week I told you how losing my job was one of the greatest blessings in disguise for me. I know this sounds twisted but as soon as I was of out the job, as soon as the weight of it was lifted, I started to see things more clearly.
I started to ask myself deeper questions about what type of work would make me feel happy and fulfilled.

While I’d like to believe that work doesn’t dictate our lives, the reality is we spend a large majority of our time at work. We need it to survive. To do all the things we want in life.
We clearly can’t ignore it, so instead we should do what we can to actually enjoy it!
When you enjoy your work, everything can seem to magically fall into place and life feels amazing.
On the contrary when you feel stuck in your work, it can completely drain you in life.
But it doesn’t have to be an either or.

This is a tough question to answer. While I like to believe our work isn’t everything in life, the reality is we spend a large majority of our time concentrated on our work. When work is going well, everything in your life can seem to fall into place and life can feel great.
True transformation starts from the inside out. Superfood shakes have helped me not only elevate my own life, but transform hundreds of others. I am all about holistic living, being proactive with your life, and fueling your mind and body from the inside out. After my first cancer diagnosis I became obsessed with learning as much as I could about ways to be preventative with your health. I always knew it was important to be active and make conscientious food choices for good health, but I never know just how influential foods are on our overall health.

Complacency is something to be very wary of in your life! While I’m all about slowing down so you can fully enjoy and celebrate everything you have worked so hard for, progress and growth are part of our nature.
It’s what motivates us, energizes us, and sparks our passion for life,
And the key to ongoing progress/grows is consistently doing things that challenge you. When you stop doing things that push you forward in someway, that’s when you lose your sense of purpose, energy, and excitement in life.
