In my years of coaching, (ok fine and in years of my own personal experience 😜) I’ve come to find more often than not, we are our own biggest obstacle when it comes to achieving our dreams and goals in life.
We all have these sneaky hidden beliefs about what we think we deserve and are capable of in life… but is there really any truth to these beliefs?
I’m going to let you in on a little secret…. USUALLY NOT.
These beliefs are programmed in us when we are young, before we are able to fully think for ourselves….Then over time we subconsciously use them as our navigational guide in life.
They create patterns that lead to you limiting, over complicating, or self sabotaging yourself in the pursuit of your goals.
And the most frustrating part of it all…. these patterns will continue over and over until you learn the lesson, change the belief, and get out of your own way. 🙄
The good news… on the other side of this lies your personal freedom in life.
And with that comes clarity, confidence, and massive action for more energized living. It’s what I love helping people reach for.
Today I want to help you take this first step towards your personal freedom.
Activity:
Carve out time this week to think about the goals or dreams you really want to push for but are struggling to actually take action towards.
Write them all down! Anything you’ve always said you wanted to do, but haven’t found the time to do, pushed to the side, or told yourself “would be nice”… put it on paper.
